About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Structural Building Framer to join our residential and commercial renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and framing structural components according to project specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Frame walls, floors, and roof structures for residential and commercial properties.
Interpret architectural and structural plans to ensure accurate framing.
Measure, cut, and assemble lumber, steel, and other building materials.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Collaborate with construction teams, project managers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines.
Inspect and verify structural integrity of framing work before proceeding to subsequent construction phases.
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in safe and working condition.
Requirements
Proven experience as a structural framer in residential or commercial construction.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints.
Physical ability to handle heavy materials and perform construction tasks on-site.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
