About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to oversee and ensure quality standards for residential home renovation projects. This role involves inspecting renovation work, verifying contractor performance, and ensuring that all construction and repair work meets company standards and project requirements.
Responsibilities:
Inspect renovation and repair work at residential properties to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
Verify completion of construction tasks including painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
Identify defects, incomplete work, or quality issues and report them to project managers and contractors.
Ensure materials and workmanship meet company quality standards.
Maintain inspection reports, documentation, and photo records for each project.
Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and property management teams to resolve quality issues.
Conduct final inspections before properties are listed for sale or rent.
Ensure renovation work follows local building guidelines and safety standards.
Requirements
Experience in home renovation, construction, or property maintenance inspection.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
Basic knowledge of residential construction, repairs, and renovation processes.
Ability to document inspections and communicate findings clearly.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
