Systems Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with deep expertise in enterprise CRM design, integration, and automation to support our real estate investment, sales, and financial management operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating into external systems including property management platforms and accounting software, and delivering actionable reporting and analytics frameworks. 

Responsibilities:

• Architect  Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud, custom objects, complex data models, and junction objects for property lifecycle management.

• Lead enterprise integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including property management platforms, accounting software (QuickBooks), and other financial tools.

• Design scalable workflow automation frameworks using approval processes, Validation rules, and event-driven logic to streamline operations.

• Develop enterprise reporting and analytics frameworks, including dashboards and operational reports to support strategic business decisions.

• Translate  business requirements from real estate, construction, and financial teams into technical architecture, platform specifications, and actionable      solutions.

• Align Salesforce data models with financial standards and accounting structures to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

• Establish governance standards and best practices for Salesforce configuration, data management, and integration workflows.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize CRM processes for property acquisition, sales, investor tracking, and transaction closing workflows.

• Evaluate new Salesforce features, tools, and integrations to continuously enhance the platform’s capabilities.
