About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Bobcat Operator to support residential and commercial property renovation and construction projects. The role involves safely operating a Bobcat for excavation, grading, material handling, and site preparation tasks to ensure efficient and quality project execution.
Responsibilities:
Operate a Bobcat skid-steer loader for excavation, grading, landscaping, and material transport.
Load and unload construction materials, debris, and equipment safely.
Assist in site preparation, demolition, and cleanup activities.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure safe operation.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while operating machinery.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and renovation teams to meet project timelines.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.
Requirements
Proven experience operating a Bobcat or similar skid-steer loader.
Knowledge of excavation, site preparation, and construction safety standards.
Ability to work in outdoor environments and handle physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to safety and operational detail.
Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
