About the Role
Job Description We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our real estate investment and property management operations. The role involves analyzing financial and operational data to generate insights that support acquisitions, portfolio performance, and strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data from QuickBooks including P&L, cash flow, and expenses.
Build dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
Develop data models for property acquisitions, rentals, and sales.
Perform ROI, cost, and profitability analysis for property investments.
Integrate data from CRM systems and property management platforms.
Conduct financial performance analysis including budget vs. actual variance and cost tracking.
Generate real estate investment metrics such as Cap Rate, NOI, and rental yield.
Perform acquisition and bid analysis using historical data to support pricing strategies.
Automate reporting processes and maintain scheduled data refresh in Power BI.
Collaborate with finance, acquisitions, and property management teams to deliver actionable insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI, SQL, and financial data analysis.
Experience working with accounting data from QuickBooks is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
